La miel de euforbia viene del dghmous, una planta de las zonas secas de Marruecos, sobre todo del sur y de los alrededores de Esauira. Es conocida por su color dorado oscuro y su sabor fuerte, con un ligero picor en la garganta al probarla.
Cómo usarla
- Una cucharada por la mañana, sola o en un vaso de agua tibia.
- Con pan y aceite en el desayuno marroquí.
Conservación
En un lugar seco, lejos del sol, no en la nevera.
Nota: la miel no debe darse a bebés menores de un año.
