Description
Euphorbia honey comes from dghmous, a plant of Morocco’s dry regions, especially the south and around Essaouira. It is known for its dark golden colour and strong taste, with a light peppery feeling in the throat after tasting.
How to use it
- A spoonful in the morning, on its own or in a glass of lukewarm water.
- With bread and oil at a Moroccan breakfast.
Storage
In a dry place away from the sun, not in the fridge.
