Description
Carob honey comes from the flowers of the carob tree. Dark, with a rich and fairly strong taste, it is one of Morocco’s rarer honeys.
How to use it
- At breakfast with bread and oil.
- A spoonful in the morning on its own.
Storage
In a dry place away from the sun, not in the fridge.
Note: honey must not be given to babies under one year old.
