Description
Sidr honey (wild jujube) comes from the flowers of the jujube tree. It is one of the most famous honeys in Morocco and the Arab world, known for its amber colour, thick texture and rich taste.
How to use it
- A spoonful in the morning on its own.
- With beldi bread and beldi butter.
- In hot (not too hot) drinks.
Storage
In a dry place away from the sun, not in the fridge.
Note: honey must not be given to babies under one year old.
